Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This privacy policy describes how IFREQ SRL ("IFREQ", "we") collects, uses and shares personal information when you use our website and mobile app (the "Services"). It applies to players, parents, clubs and scouts who interact with us.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is IFREQ SRL, registered office at Watertorenlaan 12-14, 1930 Zaventem (Belgium), registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE0787.244.773. For any question about this policy, contact us at contact@ifreq.io.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, username, password and other account-related information in the app. Profile information: age, gender, location, playing position and other preferences you choose to share. Information related to an IFREQ Test or IFREQ Days application: your answers to the application form (city, age, position, level, availability) and, for players under 18, a parent or legal guardian's contact details and confirmation that they are informed of the project, as required for that age group. Usage information: technical data about your device, IP address, browser and how you interact with our Services. Communications: information you provide when you contact us, fill out a form or reply to an outreach.

3. How we use your information

Providing and managing our Services, including account creation, authentication and support. Processing applications for IFREQ Test and IFREQ Days sessions, and organizing participant pre-selection. Personalizing your experience and the content of our Services. Communicating with you about our Services, your results and opportunities related to your profile. Analyzing how our Services are used to improve their quality and security. Complying with our legal obligations and enforcing our rights.

4. Who we share your information with

Technical providers: IFREQ Days applications are currently transmitted to and stored in our team's Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets) as part of processing applications. Clubs and IFREQ network partners: with your consent, certain profile or evaluation data may be shared with clubs, academies or scouts in the IFREQ network to support your pre-selection or increase your visibility. This does not guarantee a trial, a signing or a recruitment. Legal obligations: we may disclose information when required by law, regulation or a competent authority. Protecting our rights: we may share information to protect the rights, property or safety of IFREQ, our users or third parties. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case we make sure to use providers offering appropriate data protection safeguards.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above: for the duration of your active registration, then for the period required by our legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in section 7.

6. Minors and parental consent

Our Services are partly aimed at minor players. For any applicant under 18, we ask for a parent or legal guardian's contact details and confirmation that they are informed of the project, before any participation in an IFREQ test or program. Our Services are not intended for children under 13 outside of this parent-supervised context; if you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 outside this context, contact us to request its deletion.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@ifreq.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site (language choice, form draft) and, in the future, to measure the audience of our Services. Details of these technologies and your choices are described in our cookie policy.

9. Data security

We implement reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any significant change will be published on this page with an updated date.

For any question, concern or request regarding this privacy policy or our data practices, contact us at contact@ifreq.io.
